Oh, hey! We Opened Up a Storefront

Hey, there! Did ya know, we opened up a storefront?! Yep, sure did, did that! Super stoked about it! We opened our store on July 18, 2020 after months of improvements and a long night of decorating and preparing the space. It was a doozie to say the least, but it was well worth it! Shout out to the hubs behind Mill + Gray, Clancy Benton, for all his hard work and help with everything!

Although we wanted to have a big grand opening event to celebrate, we decided to go ahead and just open up our doors to the public for the time being. With the current Covid restrictions, and being that our store isn't totally complete, we felt it was best to just open up and have our big grand opening event at a later date. Right now, the timing just doesn't feel right. We really don't want any restrictions, so that we are able to have a big ole, grand ole time with ALL of you!As many of you probably know, we started out about a year ago with our online shop + did a few pop-up shops here and there. Although pop-ups were an absolute blast and we definitely want to continue to do them, the dream + goal has always been a storefront. That dream, honestly, felt so far away. Really wasn't expecting to open a store anytime soon. Didn't think we would for at least another five years or so, but turns out God had other plans and His plans are definitely better than ours! The story behind how we got here is wild, but we will save that for another time. All we will say for now is God is so good! Our new store functions as our office, headquarters, and brick + mortar all in one. We are having so much fun with it! Here, at Mill + Gray, our goal has always been to create a community-sisterhood-family of women supporting women. We have always wanted to create a space where women can connect and come together to cheer each other on. We really want to do the same with our fellow small business owners as well! And, we couldn't think of a better way to do that than with a physical place where we can all come together to create that community, sisterhood, and family! This one's for all of you! We are so excited + blessed + grateful to have a space to allow us to reach this goal and dream! All glory to God!We are so thankful Kennedy Meaux, with Lu and J Photography, was in the shop on opening day to take photos of our new space and even more pumped that she was able to take photos of some of you guys. We love our customers so so much!!Also, so pumped we were able to have Kaylee Lanier in the shop with us. She is the creator behind the awesome earrings from Molded Dreams. We have been huge fans of hers from the start! Thanks so much to Kaylee + Molded Dreams for being apart of our special day!

Thanks so much to everyone that stopped by our new shop! We are beyond excited to start this new venture! Be on the look out for more info regarding our grand opening event! We definitely plan on having a grand opening and can't wait to celebrate with all of you! Hope you guys are as excited as we are! It's going to be one for the books! Stay tuned!

Love,

The Mill + Gray Team
