Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 20 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Additionally, all items must be free of any odors, scents, stains, scuffs, and marks. All returns must be examined and approved by our team prior to processing the return.
To qualify, your item must be:
- Returned within 20 days of your delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Free from any visible marks or scents (makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, etc.)
- Not a final sale item
Any returns that fail to comply, with the above qualifications, will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Please note, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to get a tracking number with the carrier you choose to make your return.
